Mentoring
Mentoring enhances an individual’s ability to learn, make desired changes, and achieve goals. Sometimes in life there are problems and situations that get in the way and perhaps hinder us being and doing what we want and prevent us achieving what we want to achieve.
Carol works with people who are stuck in their ways, with habits or behaviours that are having a detrimental effect on their life, career, health, relationship or finances.
For example, would it be valuable to:
-
Look at your life and identify the areas where you can choose to make a difference
-
Discover your values and align them to all areas of your life e.g. work, career, relationship, family etc…
-
De-clutter your life so you can focus on moving forward to what you really want
-
Increase your motivation
-
Create a happier more balanced life
-
Solve problems and creatively eliminate obstacles
-
Improve communication: mentoring is based on straight, clear communication. Clients will often express concerns to a mentor where they may not be as open with their boss, friends or family
Your Mentor (Carol Talbot) has been trained and certified in Time Line Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis at the Master Trainer level and a number of alternative healing and spiritual practices. The session will probably be different from what you might have expected.
It is very important for us to discover the internal thought process of HOW you create the problem. That means that we are looking for your strategy, or how you structure the problem. Because our focus is on structure, that means that, once we discover it, we can move on and focus on having the problem disappear very quickly.
As your mentor:
- You have someone to share specific skills and techniques and support you to be your best
- You have someone to hold you accountable, to check up on you, and give you a nudge when you need.
- You have someone to bounce ideas off – who doesn’t have a vested interest in anything other than your results.
- You get someone to keep you motivated and get you through dips and slumps, keeping you focused and reminding you how far you’ve come
- You have someone to keep you confident and feeling self-assured.
- You have someone to help you identify the patterns and distortions that may be blocking your path
- You have someone to help you clear patterns and distortions and create new empowering programs
- You have someone to help you identify (and make sense of) what you already know, and give you the leverage to take action on the most important pieces.
